Stephens International Public School Hosts Choi Kwang do Inter School District Tournament 2019-20

Stephens International Public School, Miran Sahib hosted inter school district level Choi Kwang do Tournament, an initiative by the Choi Kwang do association of Jammu & Kashmir. Choi Kwang do is a modern scientific martial art developed by Kwang Jo Choi which relies on flexibility and fluidity of movement and yoga based stretching. It is purely a self-defense art.
